1. Finance Ministry Internship
Eligibility
- Only those candidates who are pursuing special 5-year courses in management, finance, and economics
- The applicants must be studying in the 4th or 5th year.
How To Apply And Duration
- Between two to six months.
- Send in the application letter at least one month in advance.
- The number of internships is limited to a maximum of 15.
Stipend
- All applicants will be awarded a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000.
2. Law and Justice Ministry Internship
Eligibility
- All candidates shall have final year law subject candidates from a reputed and registered institution.
- All applicants must upload their resumes, together with the recommendation letter and NOC from the college head.
How To Apply And Duration
- The interns will remain on the project for four months.
- Only 5 students will be selected.
- Submit the application form once the department has issued the final notification.
Stipend

3. NITI Aayog
Eligibility
- Undergraduate/postgraduate students or research scholars enrolled in recognized universities/institutions in India and abroad.
- Interns will be required to have their laptops.
How To Apply And Duration
- The online application link is open from the 1st to the 10th of every month.
- The period of internship is at least six weeks to six months.
- Applicants will have to apply online by filling up the registration form.
Stipend
- The internship will be on an unpaid basis.
4. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Internship
Eligibility
- Candidates who are pursuing any research or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, and allied subjects.
- B.Tech and B.E candidates who also have sufficient computer knowledge, Data Analysis knowledge, and associated degrees in Economics, Statistical Science, or Finance.
How To Apply And Duration
- This is for six months.
- The internship schemes are in two different sessions. Whereas the first takes place in January, the second will begin in July.
- The applicants have to send in their resumes at least 5 months in advance.
Stipend
- Every selected candidate will get Rs 35,000 per month as a stipend
5. Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
Eligibility
- Open to Indian citizens.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university at the time of applying.
- students who are currently in the final year of their graduation.
- The age of the candidates should not exceed 25 years as of December 31 of the year of internship.
How To Apply And Duration
- A total of 75 internships would be offered.
- The internship is for 3 months from April to June
- All selected interns will be needed to join the Ministry on the same day in April 2022.
- Interns will be assigned specific subjects of work by the concerned Head of Division (HOD) and may be required to conduct research, write reports, analyze evolving developments or carry out any other task entrusted to them by the HOD.
- At the end of the internship, each intern shall submit a detailed report on the work carried out and, if necessary, make a presentation on it.
Stipend
- Can change from Rs.30,000 to Rs.35,000
